KPI Dashboard based on Churn Rates
Turk Telekom (goverment-owned largest ISP, GSM and landline distributor in Turkey) did start a business as a house of brands. The problem with that, the management of those brands were also separated. With the steadily growing users, they have decided to merge all brands and move forward with their business as Branded House.
The merging also included management merger as well. Which all the managers was responsible with different KPI's to check daily. Instead of mashing every single data into excel sheets, We've designed this dashboard to achieve smoother transaction to multiple management system.
